RGA’s Recruiting Process
Access Organization/Needs Analysis:
RGA collects and reviews pertinent information to gain an
understanding of the market, organization and position. We then
conduct interviews with the client’s key constituents to expand
our understanding of the organization’s management style and
culture.
Develop Skills Matrix:
RGA produces a skills matrix based on specifications and
requirements gathered by the client. A skills matrix is sent to
help managers review candidates at a glance.
Develop and Initiate Recruiting
Strategy: RGA conducts “fresh” and
original searches. Our recruiting department’s search efforts
utilize a multitude of resources:
· Internal Database of active and passive
candidates
· Partners
· RGA’s highly effective referral program
· Targeted Networking
· Advertising Resources
· Publications targeted at minority groups
· Internet recruiting
· Job Fairs
Technical Screening:
RGA prescreens all candidates and targets specific
qualifications, rates, and soft skills. RGA screens for
competency in basic skill sets aligned to the specific
qualifications. If the applicant passes the prescreening
process, we forward them to our experts for a detailed technical
screen.
Present Candidates:
We will present only the top 2-3 candidates that have made the
"cut" based upon our extensive interviewing and technical
screening.
Check References/Investigate
Background: RGA contacts
candidates’ superiors and professional colleagues of current and
past employers. We provide extensive background checks at the
client’s request.
Client Interactions:
RGA arranges, coordinates and manages the preparation of
candidate interviews with client decision-makers. We confirm the
client’s hiring process, final decisions and terms of the
placement and complete any necessary paperwork.
Hired Candidates:
As part of our hiring process, each new employee receives a
welcome package with information relevant to their specific
position. New hires are then required to complete an orientation
with RGA’s on-boarding staff specialist. RGA has ongoing support
and retention programs in place.
Follow Up:
RGA is dedicated to providing clients optimum support for
project success. RGA takes pride in developing personal
relationships with every client and candidate that we endorse.
RGA strives to keep in contact with the managers in order to
provide the best service not only in the hiring process but
throughout the project as well. RGA’s strives to keep in contact
with managers after the project has finished in order to
constantly know the needs of the client so future projects are
more effective.
