 We interview
them as you would interview them. If they can't answer enough tough
questions, you'll never see them in your
offices.

An RGA technical screening is a
two-phase proposition. First we screen for competency in basic skill
sets aligned to the specific qualifications. If the applicant passes
this screening, we forward them to our experts who understand the
technical environment the candidate will be placed in, for more
refined screening and testing.

We work with you and according to
your needs. For some companies we contact every reference on the
resume before we pass people on.
|

We will not submit someone whose
salary needs are inappropriate for your guidelines. We will assist
in any compensation negotiations you desire. |

We provide the above services whether you are hiring full time or
consulting personnel, or if we have retained staffing agreement with
you. In exchange for these services RGA is compensated as follows: |

RGA charges a percentage of
annual offered salary.
|

| |
Consultants are available on an
hourly basis. Your contract is with RGA and RGA will be responsible
for the employee's payroll obligations. Should you wish to hire this
consultant on a full time basis, RGA will be compensated on a
pro-rated declining fee.

For a pre-determined flat fee, we
function as adjuncts to your HR staff, or should you not have an HR
staff, we can function in lieu of one. The fees for retained
staffing contracts are negotiated case by case based on the scope
and nature of your needs.
